Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TokSaver website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TokSaver allows users to download videos from the TikTok platform. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Service. TokSaver may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the site. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.

Service Description

TokSaver is a free web-based tool that enables users to download publicly available TikTok videos. TokSaver acts only as an interface to TikTok’s platform: it retrieves videos directly from TikTok and delivers them to you. TokSaver does not create, modify, or host any videos or content on its own servers; all videos remain hosted on TikTok’s servers. We do not store or cache any content ourselves.

TokSaver is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok or its parent company (ByteDance). You can use the Service without registering or creating an account, and TokSaver does not require you to provide any personal information to download videos. The tool is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of any content downloaded through TokSaver. All videos and other content downloaded via the Service are subject to the copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of their respective owners. You must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Use and all applicable laws when downloading or using any content. TokSaver makes no representations about the legality of downloading any specific video. Any content you download is done at your own risk, and TokSaver disclaims any liability for your use of that content. If you choose to download content that you do not have permission to use, you do so entirely at your own responsibility and risk.

Acceptable Use

TokSaver is provided for lawful use only. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, infringing, or abusive purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Downloading, uploading, or sharing any content in violation of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Using the Service to facilitate unlawful activities, including any fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming any person or group through the use of downloaded content or otherwise.
• Uploading or distributing any malware, viruses, or other malicious code in connection with the Service.

• Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or download content beyond the intended scope of the Service.
• Using the Service in any way that violates TikTok’s Terms of Service or community guidelines.

TokSaver reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

All rights to content downloaded through TokSaver remain with their respective owners or rights holders. TokSaver does not claim any ownership over such content. When you download a video using the Service, you obtain only a copy of that content (if permitted by law) and no intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You agree not to use downloaded content in a way that infringes on any third party’s rights. If you download copyrighted material, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder or otherwise comply with applicable laws. TokSaver is not responsible for monitoring or enforcing any rights in downloaded content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults. TokSaver makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. TokSaver does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. TokSaver provides no assurances regarding the accuracy, quality, or legality of any content accessible through the Service. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your sole risk and that TokSaver will not be responsible for the results of using the Service.

TokSaver is not responsible for any viruses or other harmful components that may be associated with any content downloaded through the Service. You should use appropriate security measures and software to protect your devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokSaver disclaims all liability for any harm that may result from using the Service or downloading content through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokSaver and its affiliates, owners, developers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress, even if TokSaver has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, TokSaver’s total liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. These limitations of liability are a fundamental part of these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TokSaver and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights). This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of IT, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, IT. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also seek dispute resolution through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. TokSaver does not participate in any specific arbitration scheme or alternative dispute resolution program.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to achieve as nearly as possible the same effect as the original provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
